COPYING FEES (all research)

Fifteen (15) cents for each copy on information found in Basic Search.
A bill will be sent for copying fees.
NOTE: It is suggested if the name is a common one such as SMITH, JONES etc., unless every copy containing this name and billing for same is desired, specify given name when requesting a Basic Search.

POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES

A minimum of $1.00 will be charged. You will be billed for this and any excess.

Staff is not available for in-depth researching. Requests for specific pages of historical and/or genealogical information from the archival collections will be filled as will routine-type requests. Research materials will be made available to local researchers or visitors to the Research Area for the purpose of doing own research work.
