The Dentist's Office equipment was donated to the museum in 1979 by three local dentists, Dr. Edward Young, Dr. John Magnuson and Dr. M. E. Tom. In this view are two drills. an electric one on a brown stand near the bowl, and in the foreground, a foot- operated drill. It has a pedal and flywheel like a treadle sewing machine.
This photograph shows an X-Ray machine used from 1937-1979 by Dr. Tom of Union Mills.
The machine in the middle of the photograph is a sterilizer for the dentist's tools. On the left is a dental kiln for tinting dentures.
